Having bought four Acura vehicles in the past 23 years should provide evidence of my appreciation with the vehicle designs, trust worthy service departments and resulting low maintenance costs provided their fortunate customers. I am very reluctant to buy any other brand.


Had an amazing experience with the Service Advisor Kevin as I booked my service through the Acura app I took all the recommended services. Kevin suggested not rotating my tires as I have two sets saving me some money. Whenever you book service with a dealer you always worry about being over charged so it was refreshing to be suggested not to pay for something and for that reason I highly recommend working with Kevin.

After some effort to find an associate, I was able to find a vehicle that suited my requirements. I have only had it a few days but so far am happy with the vehicle and the service provided at Harmony Honda.

I want to start by saying service provided by Quinn Binkley and Jackie Bridge was exceptional. I had never expected I would be picked up at the airport by the Sales Manager Quinn . That is already going too far from what I had expected. As soon as I got in the pick up car, our conversation was already to a friendly point where its didn't even feel like I was buying from out of province and I had never met them before . I showed up for some warranty work on a well used 10+ year old MDX i had purchased privately. Kevin Botbijl checked me in and I was treated as if I had just purchased a $100,000 supercar. They were prompt, and were clear and easy to understand when they explained the work. Goodwill and customer service go a loooong way. These guys will be my first stop when I decide to upgrade.

I do like the service and they get the work done efficiently. My last visit though our car hadn't been washed even though it was there from Friday to Monday. Usually we get was vouchers not this time.

Recently had the Timing Belt replaced. Service advisor recommended the serpentine belt as well. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. The RDX was ready to go on the appointed time. Will definitely return for further service.

This was one of our most positive car purchasing experiences. Our salesman....Emmett.....knew from briefly chatting with us what we wanted in a car and that we didn't value high pressure sales. He never tried to up sell us and was knowledgable about how the car would perform according to what we told him we were looking for. I would totally recommend this dealership. The sales manager and the financial manager were also very pleasant to deal with.

I had a great service appointment today. Got my oil change, and had something fixed that’s been draining my battery. The service providers are friendly, helpful, and did exactly what they promised.



I went in for an oil change and asked to have my brakes checked but when I picked up my car I was told there was an $82 charge for it… this was never discussed with me prior to it being done. Had I known there was an $82 charge I would have said no. It would be nice to have the person I’m dealing with be right up front about fees for service and not let me walk away thinking it was at no cost especially since I had given the go shed for coolant change and air filter change ...




Service was fantastic ………. All service work that was being done was done extremely quick. Got a text that my car was done and ready to go ( gave me the option to pay online or in store. My car was washed and ready to go !!

He took us for a test drive and stayed 1.5 hours past closing to answer our questions and concerns.
