I was recently into Harmony Acura to meet up with Cameron Hazell. We went out to test drive a 2018 TL A-SPEC. Cameron was extremely knowledgeable about the car but what impressed me the most was how professional and courteous he was. He told me some specs about the car including a comparison of fuel economy to another vehicle I was looking at. Now here's what sets him apart from everyone else: Cameron sent me a text later that afternoon apologizing as he made an error in what he had told me and gave me the correct info. To take the time to contact me to let me know of his error speaks volumes about the honesty and integrity of this young man. It was a small detail to me but was important enough to him to take the time to point it out and let me know. Huge respect for him! Harmony Acura is very, very fortunate to have someone like Cameron working on their team. Thanks Cameron and keep up the awesome customer service!

We purchased a 2016 Acura TLX SH-AWD Elite from Harmony two weeks ago finishing a process that was two months long. We had decided we wanted to replace my wife's two wheel drive car with an AWD sedan and wanted to look at Acura. As we live north of Kamloops, we contacted Harmony via Internet to arrange for a test drive of two vehicles, an AWD car and the RDX Suv. When we arrived on the designated day, the Internet contact introduced us to Garry Grochowich, who showed us several vehicles and took us for a test drive in a TLX SH-AWD as well as the RDX. He was extremely knowledgable and was able to answer all our questions. His manner was professional, and we found him to be a good listener who gave sound advice. We never felt any unease or pressure. While we did not buy that day, as both vehicles we drove did not totally satisfy our requirements, the test drives did allow as to make a decision about what we would buy next. When we left the dealership, we felt so positive about the experience, we decided to buy from Garry when we were ready and when he found the vehicle that met our needs. He told us he would. We stayed in touch with Garry while he looked for the car that we wanted to buy. Two months later we drove to Kelowna again to look at a two year old TLX SH-AWD with 15,000km that he told us was at the dealership. We liked the car but Garry was on his day off, so we returned home and negotiated a deal with Garry via e-mail and telephone over the next two days. We picked the car up five days later, again on his day off, but Garry came in to meet us and complete the deal. He devoted over two hours looking after us while we completed the transaction, followed by over an hour with us in the vehicle explaining and setting up operating parameters for the numerous functions and paired our smart phones before we set off to drive home.This vehicle purchase, our 16th in the last 50 years was the most positive. From the welcoming atmosphere at the dealership, to the excellent care we received by Garry, to the follow up letters from the Sales Manager after each visit, thanking us for visiting their dealership, to the chat with the owner on the display model floor asking how we were doing, to the thank you for purchasing from us letter from the owner, just days after we brought the new car home, this was just a most positive experience.We highly recommend visiting Harmony Honda or Acura and Garry to involve him in your vehicle purchase.

My wife and I would like to thank all the folks at Harmony honda for the excellent service we received. Our service person Gary Grochowich was great and helped us get to a price we felt comfortable with. Thanks to our finace person Arron who got us the best rate possible and setting everything up with our bank which saved us a lot of time, also thanks for trying to get us other promotions that were out there.This was the most unstressful vehicle purchase we have ever done.
